You will be joining this niche team of L&T lawyers dealing with complex advice to Landlord/RMC/RTM clients and professional managing agents on residential property management disputes and dispute avoidance, s rvice charge/ground rent disputes, breaches of lease covenants, possession and forfeiture claims, leasehold disrepair, trespass claims and tenancy disputes. Some experience with long leasehold enforcement required. The successful individual will be servicing the firm’s clients full time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).  There is also the option to work from the firm’s offices in Sussex 1-2 days per week if required (although this is not mandatory). You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing with both residential & commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with L&T, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required.
