Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX LOCUM available to work in Chichester (West Sussex) from May/June 2025? You will be joining a 6 lawyer Wills Trusts & Estates team spread across 4 high street office locations in West Sussex and Hampshire. This contract is for a period of between 6-9 months (TBC) and will be available on a part-time basis 2-3 days per week (some home/remote working ill also be considered). You will be dealing with an existing caseload including Probate & Estate matters, drafting Wills & LPAs, administering Trusts, and advising on Tax planning (IHT & CGT) issues. Secretarial support is on hand but individuals should be IT literate. Individuals should be either CILEX or Solicitor qualified and ideally live in the surrounding counties.
