The firms private Clien department of 14 staff deals with the drafting of Wills/LPAs, handles Probate & Estate matters, Trusts, Deputyship/Court of Protection work and provides advice on Estate Planning. The successful individual will be joining a small office team working closely alongside one of the firms experienced Probate Solicitors, you must be IT literate and have experience using Case management systems – although some support can be provided.
