The firm also has a new management structure and IT system in place which has allowed them to expand their legal team. You will e joining a growing Private Client department dealing with a mix of Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, Wills and Elderly Client work. Some experience with Trusts would also be an advantage - STEP membership preferred. Although mainly office based the firm are offering some home/remote working 1-2 days per week (dependant on experience) and Partnership.
