The ideal candidate will be an important part of the school community, ensuring the smooth operat on of maintaining the site, including all aspects of statutory premises compliance. The successful candidate will manage the duties of, and work closely with the Assistant Caretaker. Your new company An established regional main contractor working across the greater London and SE area now seeks an experienced site manager to oversee a new project in Maidstone. The project is a new build apartment scheme, traditional build creating approx. 45 new homes. Due on site imminently and programmed to run for 18 months this is a H/A development.. The role has arisen via growth and is n addition to the existing construction team. The Role is for Site manager - No.1 on site. Your new role As Site manager, you will be number one on site and have full responsibility for running of the scheme. You will be supported via a visiting contracts manager and surveyor.
