Your new company An established regional main contractor working across the greater London and SE area now seeks an experienced site manager to oversee a new project in Maidstone. The project is a new build apartment scheme, traditional build creating approx. 45 new homes. Due on site imminently and programmed to run for 18 months this is a H/A development.. The role has arisen via growth and is n addition to the existing construction team. The Role is for Site manager - No.1 on site. Your new role As Site manager, you will be number one on site and have full responsibility for running of the scheme. You will be supported via a visiting contracts manager and surveyor. You will join the project at an early stage and have direct input into the build programme and design co-ordination, you will be responsible for all health and safety paperwork on site as well as sub contract management and quality control.
