Job Role: * To support the Warehouse Manager in the safe, efficient and compliant running of the warehouse across ambient, chilled and frozen environments. * To lead warehouse operatives during assigned shifts, overseeing picking, packing, loading, dispat h and Goods-in activities, ensuring all stock is handled, stored and rotated correctly. * Working in parallel with the stock controller. Providing operational continuity across shifts and supporting stock related tasks when required in a small team environment. * To maintain food safety, hygiene and audit compliance. * The designated point of responsibility in the Warehouse managers absence, responding to emergencies, and ensuring full operational continuity.
