Your new role This role will see the successful candidate act as the Executive Assistant to 3 Directors and the Senior Leadership team. You will provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including diary managem nt, inbox management, arranging travel and coordinating travel itineraries, attend meetings to take minutes, capture outstanding actions from meetings as well as provide support to directors in meeting preparation, distributing all relevant paperwork prior to the meetings. Alongside this, you'll process expenses, manage the corporate credit cards and assist in the planning and execution of several company-wide projects.
