A well established and highly successful engineering company based in Medway Towns is looking to recruit a Factory Labourer initially on a temporary basis. This is a "hands on" role with training provided. There is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate after a qualifying period. You will be working Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:30, 40 hours per week, £12.86 per hour. Overtime is also available at an enhanced rate. Duties Include * Preparing materials and moulds for casting * Pouring molten aluminium into ceramic moulds * Moving moulds through the casting process * Cleaning moulds after casting * Manual handling * Completing basic production records via touch screen systems Ideal Candidate * Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not essential) * Physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved and comfortable with manual work * Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious * Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Willing to learn new skills Apply now to start your career in manufacturing.
