From sensitive barn conversions to bespoke new builds, you will support every stage of the journey – from initial surveys and planning submissions thr ugh to construction detailing and site delivery. Your Role Survey & Planning • Carry out measured building and site surveys, translating information into accurate BIM models. • Prepare planning drawings and support the submission of planning applications. Design & Technical • Develop and maintain BIM models that evolve through concept, planning, technical design, and delivery. • Produce high-quality drawings, schedules, and visualisations to support client decision-making. • Generate quantities and material take-offs directly from BIM. • Specify products and materials that align with our design ethos and project requirements.
