You will be responsible for: * Managing and helping set service charges * Managing leaseholder records and accounts * Preparing month-end and year-end management accounts together with a summary report on variances * Month-end / year-end reporting tasks * Maintaining the nominal ledger and cost centres * Monitoring the Association's cash and treasury position * Maintaining property and fixed asset registers * Controlling and analysing all utility services including gas, electricity, water and PV cells.
