Premier Work Support are currently looking for a Production Operative to join a busy production department for our prestigious client based in the Swanley area on a Temporary basis. Main Duties: * Manufacture products accurately and efficiently using a range of hand and power tools. * Read and interpret measurements, technical drawings, and plans to produce items to exact specifications. * Assemble, cut and build materials in line with job requirements and production schedules. * Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed with a high level of attention to detail. * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including safe use of tools and equipment. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadline * Report any issues, defects or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Experience/Requirements: * Proven experience working with hand and power tools (construction, workshop or production environments) * Carpentry experience or similar hands on trade experience. * Strong practical skills with the ability to work

L.Mills is a family owned and run business supplying garden plants to garden centres and wholesalers across the South East of England, as well as producing plants for its own retail outlet at the nursery in South Darenth. We have vacancy for: Delivery driver: full time / part time - permanent Daily delivery to customers in south east England using 7.5t vehicles (Class C1 or above). Single drop and multiple site deliveries to wholesale customers within 1½ hours of the base in South Darenth. Delivery work could be supplemented with work on the nursery depending on the number of hours. Driving hours vary from low season to high season. Applicant would need Driver Tachograph card & Driver CPC Training qualified, previous experience is essential and be physically fit. CPC training could be arranged if necessary. Duties to include, planning delivery routes, safe loading of vehicles, daily vehicle checks. Hours: Full time – or flexible working possible.
