We are working exclusively with a leading Repairs and Maintenance business based in Wrotham Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Business Support Coordinator will support the administration of management and operational systems and be expected to provide high-quality internal support and custom r service, as well as carry out day-to-day administrative tasks to a high standard. Responsibilities will include: * Oversee the administration of the Group Works Tracker and Subcontractor database * Maintain the information contained in the Group CAFM system. * Support Project Managers with the production of quotes, placing Subcontractor Orders, purchasing, and ensuring all necessary access permits are obtained. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: ● Excellent administrative, organisational, and resource management skills. ● Hands-on experience with service delivery-focused software. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills
