Due to continued growth within their Repairs & Maintenance division, they now seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts across the Central and south London region. Your new role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful commercial management of maintenance contracts from initial award through to final account.
