REMOTE WORKING POSITION Are you a Paralegal, Litigation Executive, trainee ILEX  or NQ Solicitor with experience dealing with property related Debt recovery matters and looking to work 100% remotely from home? You will be joining the team of this specialist L&T practice based in Sussex who deal with a range of matters on behalf of large corporate landlords (including Royal Borough authoriti s and household names), as well as smaller portfolio and lessee owned landlords and providing advice to Resident Management Companies or Right to Manage Companies. This role focusses on L&T Debt Recovery work including Rent and Service Charge Recovery and carrying out Enforcement work. Experience issuing claims, using the correct enforcement method to collect debts in the High/County Courts, dealing with attachment of earnings, charging orders, statutory demands and serving Section 21 & Section 8 notices, issuing possession proceedings and instructing bailiffs would be required. This role is full-time and can be 100% remote working or hybrid depending on experience, you must be IT lite
