Your primary responsibilities will include: Salary - £25000 Monday to Friday Permanent role * Supporting the General Manager in all administrative duties * Answering telephone and emails * Allocate courtesy cars to customers * Liaising with and updating customers throughout the repair process * Liaising with Insurance Companies * Understanding how to handle all types of the Company's claims processes and procedures - insurer/fleet/in-house/retail * To administer cash, credit card payments and banking * To arrange deliveries and collections of vehicles with the relevant documentation in place * Filing and cleansing of systems and data * To ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are adhered to This is for a motor company, so experience within the industry is preferred.
