Our client, a well-established company in Basildon is looking for an experienced Facilities Service Co-ordinator to join their team initially on a temporary basis which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is looking for a friendly and personable individual with experience of co-ordinating maintenance engineers workloads alongside excellent communication skills, confident and positive approach and the ability to multi-task. The focus of this role will be to provide a first-class service to customers. You will be answering incoming calls and dealing with planned preventative maintenance contracts and works and emergency breakdown / reactive calls. Other aspects of this role will include preparing quotes, ordering spare parts and carrying out all the related client, contract and compliance administration.
