Job purpose: The primary purpose of the role is to plan the engineers daily, organizing their work to ensure they attend within KPI’s, apply for any permits and access has been applied for to ensure no aborted visits. You will additionally be supporting the service team with admin duties. The key is for communication with the service team and the engineers directly to work together to ensure s ooth running of the department. You will report directly to the Service Support Manager.
