With a newly refurbished office, stable commercial and ops team and a growing order book this is a ewly created role and part of an ongoing steady expansion. Your new role As the sole Buyer you will oversee all procurement of materials and subcontractors working closely with the site management and surveying teams to streamline the current processes and ensure best value from suppliers. You will help build relationships with suppliers, ensure materials are ordered with lead in times factored in, source alternatives where appropriate and assist the surveying team in placing subcontract orders.
