Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative in the Erith area on an on-going temporary basis for an immediate start. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to finish. This is typically an 8 hour day but that can vary You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties, house clearance, garden waste, clearing of fly tippings, communal areas o the security side. You must have a manual driving licence due to the nature of the role and no more than 6 points for insurance purposes. Previous experience is desirable, however not essential as training will be provided. With several flagship London schemes, they now seek an experienced internals manager to join the well-established team on a 200-unit RC apartment scheme in East London. With the scheme around 60% complete the main works are now internals orientated with activity ramping up significa tly, resulting in a need for a new manager to strengthen the existing team.
