Your new role You will be managing a team of 8 Advisors and this team will provide a full customer facing support function for the organisation, 3,000 in total. Your team will support customers with a variety of issues including personal finance, health, welfare, housing and travel, manage the team rota, provide email, phone and live chat support functions, provide front line application and technical support. You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and performance of the team and take full responsibly of the day-to day operations within the team.
