The purpose of the role is to work within the Motor Claims team to handle a caseload of Credit Hire and Damage Motor Claims. Main Duties: * Handle a caseload of Accidental Damage, Third Party Liability and Credit Hire C aims * Dealing with Liability queries and enquires * Proactive management approach to handle allocation of files. * Maintaining strong diary management. * Ensuring your portfolio is realistically and accurately reserved in line with best practice * Deal with claims from inception through to settlement * Understand when to utilise external suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business with minimal claims spend. * Maintain own technical knowledge through training.
