You will be working within a surveying team supporting 1 to 2 schemes reporting to a managing QS. Projects are typically 20 - 50 unit apartment schemes, RC frame or traditional build. Your new companyA well-established refurbishment/fitout contractor based in the SE London area seek an experienced contracts manager to join the team based on the continued success of the business. Working across a number of sectors, including healthcare, education, pharma and commercial, they focus on projects of between £2 - 10 million with a longstanding list of retained clients. Projects are ypically the more complex refurbishment schemes, Cat/B/Cut and carve/design and build fitouts etc, and they are extremely busy with well over 20 projects across the city and the south south-east.
