To be considered for this role it is desired that the successful candidate holds a current Enhanced DBS however for the right candidate they may risk assess. The role will require you to prep and cook for 80-120 students across two sittings. he daily menu consists of a meat and vegetarian main course and also a pudding. Experience catering for larger volumes is desirable, along with knowledge in allergens and food safety and hygiene. Hours: Monday to Friday 0845-1345. 25 hours per week.
