Maternity Cover Winkworth is looking for a part time lettings negotiator to cover an existing role for maternity cover. The role is for an enthusiastic and personable candidate and would suit someone who is happy being out of the office most of the time conducting viewings with potential tenants and presenting any offers to the landlord and doing initial paperwork, so although some lettings xperience would be preferred this is not essential as training will be provided. The role will include, but not limited to, regular communication with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, administration work, and providing a top level of customer service. Candidates need to have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under high pressure situations, they need good telephone communication skills, face-to-face personable skills, and have a positive attitude. We are currently seeking Waste Attendant Operatives to work for one of our busy clients based around the South East of Kent. Candidates who wish to apply must be open to travel to at least 3 of the different sites listed below The job entails working within a team to help keep the site clean and tidy, assisting members of the public to unload heavy items and directing them to the correct are s of the sites, so customer service skills is a must. This will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates who apply must be able to travel to at least, two different sites.
