Based out of family-feel, sociable offices in Sutton, the company have been running for nearly 80 years. They are recognised as innovators in their industry, valuing quality and collaboration, as they supply businesses across the UK and Europe You will be joining the team on a part-time basis, working reduced hours 9-3. Your new role You will be joining a busy and friendly finance team, reporting into the Hays-placed Finance Manager. You will be supporting the finance team as they go through an exciting change of systems, with varied responsibilities including but not limited to: * Bank reconciliations * Posting sales invoices, and sales cash. * Sending customer invoices and monthly statements. * Daily invoicing and orders reporting * Provide AP, AR and IT support when needed. * Process monthly journals including fixed assets * Month end closing tasks * Costing Queries What you'll need to succeed
