We are looking for a motivated individual to join our clients growing company as a permanent Bookkeeper based in Basildon. Responsibilities: - * Invoice processing. * Managing internal sign off procedure. * Managing Sub-contractor invoices, queries and Sub-contractor verification. * Credit Control. * Weekly and monthly payroll information. * Weekly expenses reconciliation and paym nts. * Monthly VAT Returns. * Answer telephone calls and monitor email inbox for invoices and ad hoc queries. * Providing financial reports for review with Commercial Manager. The ideal candidates will be hard working and motivated and have knowledge of CIS, Accounting/ Bookkeeping using Quick books with experience preferably with a construction background.
