Hays, on behalf of a well known Housing Association are looking for an experienced Resident Involvement Manager to lead the implementation of their Resident Involvement Strategy. You'll be ensuring the residents' voice is at the heart of their decision-making and leading a small resident involveme t team to drive service improvement. We need someone who will lead a range of involvement activities such as discussion groups, working with involved groups of residents to review our services and policies and working with our active scrutiny panel to analyse our performance information and carry out reviews of service areas. It's essential to have resident involvement and line management experience. You'll understand the regulatory framework we work in and be interested in the wider political landscape and understand the current issues affecting social housing.
