We require a General Operator to work in our Press Shop operating a punch press. In the Press Shop you will be responsible for producing parts of good quality, whilst ensuring maximum targ ts are met. You will need to have a good eye for detail and be prepared to carry out manual handling tasks on a regular basis. Previous experience of working in a factory environment is desirable although full training will be given. Hours of work are 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm (with ½ hour unpaid lunches and 10-minute paid morning break) and Friday 8am to 1pm. This will initially be a 3-month contract.
