Your new role * To take responsibility within th payroll & pensions department of day to day administration of the payroll, working proactively to deliver assigned tasks without prompting. * Carry out the accurate preparation and production of monthly payroll data in Resourcelink from the start of employment through to leaving, including issue of P45. * To ensure that the payroll operates efficiently and to agreed standards, taking responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all payroll data. * Provide a full payroll function to staff, including developing effective relationships with internal departments. * Ensure full compliance with current payroll legislation and contractual obligations.
