Day-to-day requirements of the role: • Work with our key retail and spa accounts to put together joint marketing plans and execution strategies. • Write and execute 12-month marketing plan to include online and offline activities • Work with our Digital Marketing Manager to manage branding and growth across all touch points - social, website, advertising. • Work with leadership team to propose, plan and manage budget/investment. • Manage new product development process from idea through to launch. • Managing external marketing agencies, including briefing of design jobs.
