A long established engineering company based in Sittingbourne is looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. Role Summary: The role of quality control inspector is to ensure that all Castings produced by the company meet the quality requirements of the customer and the organisation. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager. As a hands-on mechanical inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out general inspection functions both visual and dimensional, including the correct and proper use of mechanical measuring devices, carrying out Dimensional FAIRs and completing AS9102 Form 3`s. Along with calibrating the mechanical measuring devices and maintaining the calibration database.
