Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you’ll lead and manage a responsive, efficient, and trusted people support and administrative service for the full colleague lifecycle in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll also focus on developing and empowering the team to deliver a responsive and value-added service and ensuring improved process implementation and development. This role will be based at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, Kent, where you’ll be expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week.
