Are you a Legal Secretary with over 2yrs experience in Private Client work? Our client has been established in Chichester for over 60yrs and provides a range of legal services to private individuals and business clients. You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to a Private Client Partner dealing with a mix of Wills, Estate Planning and Probate matters. Candidates mus be fully IT literate, have experience speaking with/meeting clients both face to face and by phone. Other responsibilities/duties include diary management and scheduling appointments, opening/closing and archiving files, audio typing and dictation, producing documents including wills and LPA’s and requesting monies, preparing estate accounts, and completing posting slips for making payments. This position will be full-time and office based with working hours 9 am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Generous salary and benefits on offer.
