Our client based in Lewes are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a 4-6 month basis. Initially 4-5 days a week, which will revert to 1-3 days per week after 3 months. Hybrid working considered, but ideally some working within the office in Lewes would be required. Monday to Friday - 35hrs per week. Part Time Letting Negotiator - You will be joining a friendly professional team so must be able to multitask at all levels and keep accurate detailed records, good customer care techniques, good at being able to communicate with a wide variety of people both face to face, over the phone and via email, Industry experience is not essential although would be a strong advantage. £12.75 per hour Use of a fleet vehicle during working hours – full clean driving licence essential There would be a minimum of 2 days a week required, these days will fall over Thursday, Friday and or Saturday. The maintenance assistant role encompasses all aspects of site maintenance and requires a close working relationship with the Head of Maintenance, Head of Facilities, the Bursar and other members of the Estate team.
