As a Design and Technology Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our exciting and engaging D&T curriculum, which encompasses Catering, Design, and Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passio for practical design and technology who is eager to contribute to the success of our students. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining resources, materials, and equipment for practical lessons across all D&T specialisms (wood, metal, plastics, textiles, electronics, CAD/CAM, food). Assisting teaching staff and students during practical lessons, demonstrating techniques and providing guidance. Ensuring the safe and effective operation of machinery and tools, including conducting regular safety checks and maintenance.
