Site & Lettings Assistant Required for July 2025 Full-time 52 weeks per year Kent Scheme C £25,252-£26,262 per annum 27 days annual leave rising to 29 after 5 years’ service Maidstone Grammar School for Girls (MGGS) is seeking a reliable and proactive Site & Lettings Assistant to assist the Site Manager in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained school environment. Th successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s internal and external facilities, contributing to the safety, security, and overall upkeep of the site. Key Responsibilities: Planned & Reactive Maintenance Fire & Security Health & Safety Cleaning & Waste Lettings General Site Responsibilities The post holder will be required to work from 12pm to 8pm primarily, but there will be occasions where there is a need to remain to supervise school events or new lettings to up to 10pm.
