Position: Experienced Technical Estimator Location: Aylesford, Kent Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Leay, a leader in Design, supply and installation of curtain walling, aluminium windows, doors, are currently recruiting for an Experienced Estimator to be based out of our offices in Aylesford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader within the industry or over 88 years in business. You will be working in a friendly team environment. Responsibilities • Provide customers with competitive quotes from tender enquires. • Price projects from bill of quantities, specifications, schedules and drawings. • Carry out detailed take offs from drawings and schedules. • Liaise with clients, supplier and manufactures to provide the most competitive cost on a particular project. • Attend pre-order meeting with main contractors. • Attend meetings with clients, manufactures and suppliers. • Attend inter departmental meetings with Estimating Manager / senior managers as and when required. • Hold handover meeting with relevant depa
