You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting customers, and keeping things running like clockwork. What you'll be doing is providing first-class customer support ia phone and email. Handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. Supporting general administrative duties and team projects Skills required for this role: Strong customer service skills Previous telesales/admin experience preferred but not essential Confident telephone manner IT literate Well-disciplined and able to work without supervision Key points: Monday to Friday 11am - 3.30pm Office based in Sittingbourne Allocated parking In house training Job type: Part-time Salary: £15,750.00 plus bonus OTE : £16,900.00
