Role Title: Neighbourhood Response Officer Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: £30,654 to £38,317 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) Location: East Kent Areas, based at our Stanhope Office, Ashford Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract You’ll be managing a portfolio of our estates across East Kent, carrying out minor communal repairs, disability adap ations, site safety checks, rubbish removal and completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance.
