We are seeking a confident, multi skilled Sous Chef to support our Head Chef with the running of the Green Room Cafe and Restaurant. You will have 12-24 months experience at Chef de Partie level or above in a similar catering environment, with strong knowledge of various cooking cuisines. Our Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and will supervise our small but dedicated tea on shift, ensuring the highest standard of food is being offered and all food hygiene and safety expectations are being upheld.
