The duties will include picking and packing of outgoing customer orders, ensuring a high quality of service for all customers. Dealing with goods in, stock rotation, cycle stock counting, using the computer system to ensure accurate stock levels at all times. Processing order releases, calibration requirements, RMA’s, etc. as necessary. To send goods within the UK and Worldwide, using major courier services and ensuring smooth customs clearance of goods and HMRC processing. Be prepared to carry out any other appropriate activities as required by the business.
