About the Role: As a Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including: Sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Leasehold and freehold properties You will be responsible for: Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors/professionals Drafting and reviewing legal documents Conducting searches and investigations Managing the conveyancing process from start to finish About You: Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or paralegal) with relevant experience.
