Administration Assistant Opportunity to join a busy and expanding administration team at Intumescent Systems Ltd, a regional employer based in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. Duties: Answering the telephone on a daily basis, taking enquiries from customers, potential new customers and suppliers. Helping to send out mailshots with company literature. Apprentice Carpenter/Joiner required to join our team here at Intumescent Systems Ltd, Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. We are looking for a person to give them an opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of carpentry/woodworking skills. Must have an interest in carpentry, or maybe have a little knowledge of carpentry, must be willing to learn and take instruction from an experien ed carpenter and assist him in the daily jobs required. Must be reliable, punctual and able to work as a team member. Initially they will be taught the basic skills required to carry out general carpentry work and get used to the materials used. Learn how to use power tools and machines to cut and shape wood. The ideal candidate would attend college one day a week. Company Sales Representative required by Intumescent Systems Ltd (Envirograf) The ideal candidate would be working from our Dover Office at Enterprise House, Poulton Close, Dover, Kent, CT17 0HL This person would be dealing with new enquiries from customers on the telephone, in the Sales Exhibition room and out on the road. This involves our Envirowall Fireproof Panel Building System and bui dings and Eco products (literature is supplied) also, Envirograf Passive Fire Prevention Products. Its aim is to provide Affordable Housing for councils etc, for homeless people, and also for people trying to get on the property ladder etc, also, it would involve making people aware of firestopping that is required in all buildings new or old. The position would involve following up enquiries made, making calls and visiting councils, housing associations etc and passing information to head office on how sales are progressing. We require a driver for our Company - Intumescent Systems Ltd in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. Duties would include driving our Managing Director to sites, visits to customers, picking up company visitors from train stations or airports, appointments or anything that is needed. Required during the day and maybe at night, whenever needed. Normal working hours: 08.30hrs - 17.00hr . Overtime if working outside of normal working hours. MUST HAVE A VALID FULL CAR LICENCE 28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays) Workplace Pension Statutory Sick Pay Salary will be discussed at interview.
