About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Revenues Collection team providing a proactive and forward-thinking in-house debt recovery service for the collection of unpaid council tax, business rates and parking fines on behalf of Maidstone Borough Council and a number of partner organisations. The role of Mid Kent Enforcement Team Leader will involve being responsible or a team of Enforcement Assistants, so you will have experience of managing a small busy team for the day-to-day delivery of a service with an ability to lead and motivate others. You will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised person who demonstrates excellent communication skills with an ability to work to tight timescales. Your main place of work will be at our Maidstone office; however, the council operates a hybrid working approach, with the ability to work from home; however, you will be required to occasionally work at other sites. This position is on a full-time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week. You must be available to work Monday to Thursday
