Exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Officer in the medical sector on a work from home basis. The role requires ad hoc travel to Deal, Kent. This role is a four month temp role, starting Dec 2023.
You will be expected travel to Sites at Ashford, Canterbury, Margate on a small number of occasions. Training is usually undertaken at our Head Office site at Betteshanger.
You will be responsible for the seamless running of all appointments and bookings. As a Customer Experience Officer you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records for service user's files and updating the booking systems. Having a sympathetic and professional approach is essential. Communicating with customers, staff, consultants and patients is a natural part of your day.
Duties
* To manage and book in all new appointments and ensure all data is entered onto the database accurately and in a timely manner
* Plan and manage all administration of outpatient clinics
* Follow up with new enquiries and book appointments
* Process referrals in a timely manner
* Ensure all testing and investigations are carried out prior to referral in accordance with contracts
* Liaise with consultants, service users and health care professionals regarding the number or inpatients/outpatients
* Attend in-house training and attend meetings when required
* Admin duties such as sending appointment letters, emails etc
* To process a high volume of telephone calls/emails and relay that information to the correct department
This role pays £11.70ph and is a 37.5hr week. This will be on a shift pattern 7:30 -3:30 of 8-4 and 9-5, Monday to Friday.
Interviews to be held on 15/11/23 on site.
