Day to day in this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, management and delivery of projects liaising between Account Management and Creative functions.
Duties might include:
- Daily liaison between Account Managers and creative teams, to set, track and manage projects
- Tracking and management of work flows including scheduling timelines, budgets and managing resources / freelance
- Briefing creative teams and freelances – adding creative input
- Financial administration & producing reports for Clients and Senior Management
- Process improvement – identifying opportunities to set up and improve new processes
- Ad hoc projects – HR / people and freelancer support
Busy and varied role with scope to bring strategic ideas and initiatives
Salary with experience £50-60,000
+ Benefits
Fabulous working environment – near to Tunbridge Wells
Hybrid working
This role could suit someone with a background in Studio/Office Management or a similar/transferrable area of work
