Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager the postholder will lead and work as part a team in the student accommodation and Campus buildings across Canterbury Campus providing Cleaning and porterage services.
The post of Supervisor will involve working in all areas across the Canterbury campus. The post holder will need to have a flexible approach and to be able to meet with the expectations of providing a consistent, quality of service to student, staff and external visitors.
You will be enthusiastic, friendly and able to work effectively under pressure. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. You will deliver high standards of customer care, offering an excellent housekeeping service.
Ability to work weekends, as necessary is essential as it is intended that Canterbury Christ Church University will be open 7 days a week, for use by our students.
Experience supervising within a cleaning environment would be advantageous.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week hours will vary between 06.00 start to 11.30 start times.
