Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) - 37 hours per week

Due to an expanding portfolio, We have an exciting opportunity within the Partnerships Registry team at Canterbury Christ Church University to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis.

We are looking for ambitious candidate with a “can do” attitude. The post holder must be flexible and happy to learn new processes as we continuously work to improve our student and staff experience, achieving this through effective and colligate administration.

Applications from administrators with prior professional experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role

The Registry Administrator (Partnerships) are exciting roles for aspiring and motivated individuals. The role holder will be responsible for delivering a range of academic administration activities and processes which are key to the maintenance of the records for all our students. The role will also provide additional support to other Registry activities as required.

The Registry Administrator (Partnerships) are expected to work collaboratively across the University, to develop a joined-up approach to the delivery of academic administration and to support the business needs at key periods during the academic year.


The Person

The post holders will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level and must be computer literate with intermediate level knowledge of MS Office. Prior experience of administrative support in a professional setting is desirable. The individuals will be:

Organised with a methodical approach to work.
Excellent communicators with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Highly organised and able to work flexibly under pressure.
Able to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
