We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our growing recruitment team. This is a key role in a fast-paced and evolving environment, supporting our hiring activity during a period of organisational growth.
As Recruitment Assistant you’ll be instrumental in enhancing how we operate — from managing and optimising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to providing robust reporting, supporting recruitment partners, improving our employer brand, and delivering strategic projects. You’ll also play a vital role in reviewing candidate traction, evaluating the effectiveness of our hiring methods, and ensuring we deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and be able to commit to a fixed term contract for three-months.

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Ashford / Norfolk /Ipswich with travel to these locations (Hybrid)
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Fixed term until end of Sept 2025
