Your Role:
You'll manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing your own pipeline, supported by a leading Sales Director. Your responsibilities will include:
Account Management: Nurture and grow current client relationships through calls, video meetings, and face-to-face visits.
New Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients with a proactive sales strategy.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Proposals & Quotations: Create bespoke packages and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Maximise value from existing relationships.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage activity, forecast, and report on performance.
What’s on Offer:
£30,000–£40,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped Bonus Scheme – Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000 in Year 1
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or a similar B2B role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team
